  田尾「何でも。ちっちゃいことから全部。例えば柘野やったら仕事で何頼まれるんや？」
  柘野「資料のコピーとか」
  田尾「ほなこれ100枚コピーしてくれとか頼まれるやろ？　相手はコピーが100枚揃うことを期待しとるから、100枚コピーして、コピー機から出てきた100枚をそのまま渡したら例えば80点や。コピー機から出てきた100枚を白い紙がはさまってないか全部チェックして、枚数も数え直して100枚ちゃんとあることを確認して渡したら100点。そこで、渡す前にトントンとやってピシッと揃えてから渡したら、110点になるわけや。さらにそれをばらけんようにクリップではさんでちっちゃい紙に「○○先生へ」とかメモをつけて渡したら120点とか、そういうことよ」
  柘野「気配りみたいなもんですか」
  田尾「初期段階はそういうこと。そんな簡単なちっちゃいことから、レベルのもうちょっと高い企画みたいなものから営業の成果からすべてに、相手の期待よりちょっと上いう意識を持ってたら、その積み重ねでかなり変わってくると思う」
