    今回の逮捕で特徴的なのは、監査法人関係者が誰も逮捕されていないことです。ライブドアの時はもちろん、カネボウの時さえも監査法人の担当者は逮捕されました。カネボウの監査を担当していたのは当時のビック4のひとつの中央青山監査法人でしたが、最終的に解体を余儀なくされました。
      オリンパスの監査を担当していたのは、あずさ監査法人（2009年3月期まで）と新日本監査法人（2010年3月期～）です。従来であれば監査法人への刑事責任の追求はなされたと思いますが、東京地検特捜部は過去の失敗を教訓にしたのでしょう。中央青山の解体の時は、そのクライアントである上場企業や上場予備軍に多大な影響を与え、監査法人が見つからない企業や、それにより新規上場を延期せざるを得ない企業まででてしまいましたからね。あずさや新日本が解体となったら、日本の監査制度や上場制度が土台から崩れてしまいます。

      特捜部がそんなこと教訓にするのはおかしいだろ。経産省その他が監査法人の設立基準を見直して、大手が潰れようと上場予備軍が監査法人を見つけられるようにしておくべきだったんじゃないのか。胸くそ悪い
